The metal panels that make up the system are manufactured using the Roll Forming method. They come with square-cut edges that allow connection to each other for a continuous and homogeneous look. Panels are connected using hidden clips and screws, which are directly connected to the main construction and maintain the system's insulation. · Falzonal is one of the most beautiful metal roofing systems available today. Its uniqueness is noticeable especially in the small details wind boxes, rain drips, and more. With Falzonal you can cover domes, elliptical architectural shapes and other uniquely designed structures.
· The system can be used in small radii, enabling rolling, machining and creating panels for installation in unique and asymmetrical structures.
· The system is suitable for low-graded roofs, with a gradient of 5% or more, unlike other systems (insulated Iskoorit panel and others), which require large gradients. This advantage enables the forming of a larger interior space, such as spacious attics, galleries and more.
· The system can be used in a variety of materials such as tin, aluminum, zinc and copper.
· The panels are long, without any visible connections.

Installation/Application Method:

· Preparing SD (shop drawing) and displaying the system upon the structure.
· SD certificate by client.
· Surface preparation - application of insulation (usually directly on the main construction), installation of wood / OSB boards (full infrastructure), insulation sheets.
· Constructing wind boxes and rain drips according to specifications.
· Panel production - Falzonal (usually on site), mounting of panels on completed infrastructure, fastening panels to the main construction with mobile clips and screws, electric locking.
· Opening vents.
· Testing the system for optimal performance.
